We look after Coldbrook playgrounds (Tammie Park, Bess View, Brandon Park), Hayes Fields, Crosby Trail, the Pioneer Cemetery, and the Heritage Hall.

Yoga classes:

Monday afternoon yoga classes:

Chair Yoga (45 minutes) 3:15pm – 4:00pm. Also Mindful Flow (60 minutes) 4:15pm – 5:15pm. Drop ins welcome. A multi-pass booklet is available as well. For more information, contact Sarah Pound at [email protected]

Wednesday night yoga class:

Class Details : Every Wednesday 6pm-7:15pm, $10 Drop in Rate or 5 classes for $35

Body Power

Tuesday and Thursday Body Power class:

This is a barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens the entire body. Increased metabolism, improved bone density and the “feel good” factor are just some of the benefits.  This class is for all ages and experience levels. Bring a friend and join me for some fun and great music!!

Instructor: Cheryl Huett – PTS, FIS, OAS, NWS, Schwinn, Spinning, Resist-A-Ball C.O.R.E. Level II, Fascia Movement Taping, Revo2lution Running Coach and CPR certified

Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5:30 until 6:30. Cost: 10 classes for $80 or $10 drop-in for a single class.
