Yoga classes:
Yoga – Monday Afternoons
(Classes on summer break — returning Monday, September 14th)
Chair Yoga+ (45 minutes) — 3:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. | $10 per class
A gentle class with optional small weights (1–2 lbs.) to help build strength. Bring your own weights if you have them.
Vinyasa/Yin Yoga — 4:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. | $10 per class
This grounding class begins with a slow, steady Vinyasa flow to build warmth, strength, and stability. The second half transitions into Yin Yoga, with longer-held floor-based poses targeting deeper connective tissues, allowing the body to fully release. Please bring blocks, a blanket, and a bolster if you have one.

Zumba – Monday Evenings

Mondays, 6:30 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. | All levels welcome, no dance experience needed.

Body Power – Tuesday and Thursday Evenings
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
A barbell class that shapes, tones, and strengthens the entire body. Suitable for all ages and experience levels. Benefits include increased metabolism, improved bone density, and an overall feel-good factor. Note: This class is usually full — contact Cheryl early to reserve your spot.

Karate – Tuesday Evenings

Tuesdays, 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. | Ages 10–90, all levels welcome
Roger teaches beginners through to black belts, at your own pace, regardless of physical limitations or background. No special gear needed — just comfortable workout clothes.

Wednesday Night Yoga
