Yoga classes:
Fall Classes at Coldbrook Heritage Hall Chair Yoga (45 minutes) 3:15pm – 4:00pm $10/Drop-in. Coldbrook Heritage Hall Mindful Flow (60 minutes) 4:15pm – 5:15pm $12/Drop-in. Multipass booklets are available through Sarah Pound at [email protected]
Body Power
Body Power is a barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens the entire body. Increased metabolism, improved bone density and the “feel good” factor are just some of the benefits. This class is for all ages and experience levels. Bring a friend and join me for some fun and great music!!

Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5:30 until 6:30. Cost: 10 classes for $80 or $10 drop-in for a single class.
