Grounds Keeper Required 

Grounds Keeper Required To maintain the facilities of the Coldbrook Community Association

Duties include mowing, raking, clearing tree debris and removing garbage from our 4 parks and one trail system, as well as one cemetery. The ability to perform maintenance and simple carpentry duties for our playground equipment and hall will be required.

The successful candidate will/may be required to:

• Develop their own work plans in accordance with association and county codes and guidelines.
• Provide their own equipment and transportation
• Carry liability insurance

Please submit proposals and references to our chair, Daryl Fraser  [email protected]  through this website. You will find the email under the Community tab, look for the Coldbrook Community Association members. Please submit the proposals and references no later than April 15th, 2019.
