Coldbrook, Nova Scotia
Although many things have been postponed or changed during 2020, the Coldbrook Community Association has accomplished a lot during this time. There have been upgrades to our Heritage Hall and to our playgrounds. Thanks for your patience as we work through these changes.
The CCA Annual General Meeting has been postponed until further notice. New members are always welcomed. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page, our Twitter page, or this website for more information.
Notice: Coldbrook Playground Maintenance Underway
The Municipality of the County of Kings recently inspected the playgrounds that are the responsibility of the Coldbrook Community Association (CCA). These playgrounds include Tammie Park, Brandon’s Place, and Bess View Park. The inspection discovered various safety issues and quickly closed specific equipment to protect everyone from the dangers. The CCA is working closely with the Municipality to ensure the parks are restored to a level that provides a safe place for children to play. Some repairs are taking place now, the rest will continue in the spring.
During this time, we ask that everyone respects the caution tape and snow fencing that is being used to mark the closed equipment.
Thanks for your patience as we work through the repairs.
