Coldbrook Community Heritage Hall is a well-used community space, hosting everything from birthdays, showers, and weddings to weekly fitness classes and support groups. Whether you’re planning a family celebration or looking for a regular meeting space, the hall is available to rent by the day or evening.
- Capacity: Up to 130 people (municipal fire code maximum)
- Tables & chairs: Approximately 20 six-person tables and 90 chairs provided
- Kitchen: Attached kitchen with fridge and stove (no dishwasher)
- Amenities: WiFi, projector and screen available
- Accessibility: Accessible washroom on site

A $100 cleaning/damage deposit is required at booking, refunded after a walkthrough of the hall.

Please note: The Heritage Hall is maintained by a single community volunteer. To help keep rental rates affordable, renters are responsible for cleaning up after their event and taking their garbage with them when they leave. Cleaning supplies are provided on site, and full details are covered in the rental agreement.
Liability & Insurance: Renters sign a rental agreement assuming liability for their event. Any renter wishing to serve alcohol must hold a valid Nova Scotia Liquor Licence. Renters are also encouraged to obtain single-event liability insurance.
