Most activities are at the Coldbrook Heritage Hall unless otherwise indicated (2833 Lovett Rd, Coldbrook, NS)


Tumblebugs is an introductory program for basic movement and modified gymnastics that is fun, safe, inclusive and developmentally appropriate for 3 to 5-year-old children in early childhood settings.

New Dates:  Sunday, January 12th until February 16th

The cost of the program is $25.00 per child for the 6-week program. Pre registration required as limited space is available. Parent/ Caregiver participation is encouraged and Parents/Caregivers are required to stay.

American Contract Bridge League

Come and play crib every Monday night at Coldbrook Heritage Hall organized by Rita and Ken Jess. All are welcome. The time is from 7 pm until 9 pm and runs all year. Contact Rita at 902 679 6480.


Come and play pickleball at Coldbrook School. The Fall Session of Pickle Ball begins on October 3rd and runs every Thursday evening at the Coldbrook School from Oct 3 – Dec 19, 2019. Time 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm. (Age Group 18 years and older)

Please bring indoor footwear, the association has pickle ball rackets and balls for you to use. This is a fun non competitive evening of recreation provided by the Coldbrook Recreation Association. Drop-ins welcome. There is no charge to play pickleball.

Nia is a holistic fitness class that combines martial arts, dance arts and healing arts all in a one hour class. It addresses each aspect of your life – body mind and spirit. It is non impact and adaptable to individual needs and abilities and age.

It is hard to describe (like chocolate) you have to try it yourself!

Nia’s objective is greater overall health, emotional well-being, self-confidence and personal power all while having Fun!

Classes start Tuesday October 1st and will run on Tuesday nights from 6:30 until 7:30. Cost: 10 classes for $80 or $10 drop in for a single class.

Body Power

Body Power is a barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens the entire body. Increased metabolism, improved bone density and the “feel good” factor are just some of the benefits.  This class is for all ages and experience levels. Bring a friend and join me for some fun and great music!!
